What I Eat

Everyone always asks how did I lose so much weight. They say I had to starve myself. I never starve myself. The other thing they say is how can I eat what I’m eating. I eat pizza, burgers, muffins, donuts, pasta, rice, etc. I can eat anything. It’s how much and when I choose to eat it. I’ve even gone to Red Lobster and had the super sized alcoholic drink.

Its always a choice. If I eat a muffin for lunch, I make sure I eat healthy for lunch and dinner. If I eat pizza for dinner, the other two meals are healthy.

I thought I would share my food journals. I’d like to give people an idea of what I eat and show you that I’m not denying myself anything. You can lose weight eating good healthy food (and some unhealthy ones as well).

Week 1 - April 28 to May 4, 2008
Week 2 - May 5 to May 11, 2008
Week 3 - May 12 to May 18, 2008
